How to cope with denial!

My husband has dementia. The MRI showed infarcs in two places, so that means probably strokes. He also has seizures that cause him to vomit, urinate, and deficate while walking in a daze.  He says that doesn't mean anything and continues to deny the possibility. He can't be left alone, can't drive, and has poor judgement, along with pretty severe memory loss. The doctors won't give definitive answers so how do we convince him he had these issues? He spends time on line looking for  any other reasons for memory loss.  The doc gave us limitations for seizure and said come back in three months.
