It depends what type or level of incontinence. For Me I'm dealing with quadriplegia and advanced stages of progressive MS. I have complete loss of bladder & bowel control. So We have to use the adult diaper briefs. Seems like the Tranquility ATN briefs & booster pads. As well as Tranquility bed pads work .

We agree with the comments about urine leakage level being the primary factor in the choice of incontinence protection, and also that it's not a one brand / style fits all situation. Testing different styles is the best way to see how they work for your specific needs. By way of the easiest protection to wear, high quality washable incontinence underwear is a wonderful choice. This option woks well for individuals with light, moderate and up to heavier urine leaks - but not full bladder voids. They look and feel like regular underwear. They're more comfortable, and the fabrics are typically gentler on skin than disposables, and they're more economical over the long run since they can be washed and re-worn just like any other article of clothing.
