RHEA Essentials Review
I picked up Rhea Colostrum after seeing a few people mention it for gut health.
The first thing I noticed was that my stomach felt less "puffy" after meals. I usually get bloated by the end of the day, especially if I've eaten out, and that seems to happen a lot less now. It wasn't an overnight change, but after about 2 weeks I realized I wasn't constantly unbuttoning my jeans after dinner.
I've also had fewer random cravings between meals. I wouldn't say it killed my appetite, but I don't feel the need to snack every couple of hours anymore. My energy feels more even throughout the day too. Before, I'd hit a wall around 3 PM and go looking for coffee or something sweet.
One thing I appreciated is that the effects were gradual. There wasn't a huge "wow" moment, but when I looked back after a month, my digestion was more consistent, I felt less inflamed overall, and I was making better food choices without forcing it.
Not a miracle supplement, but it's one of the few things I've tried where I can honestly say I noticed a difference and ended up reordering.
