They are among the best however the Unique Wellness briefs and pull ups are the best we have found. Engeineered to NASA specification. Down side very expensive however very good. 

They will send samples for the cost of postage.. give them a study and a try!

Unfortunely i don’t have a financial interest in the company, however my wife  has Alzheimer’s and bed or chair ridden!

Wish the price was more competitive but you get what you pray for at least the change interval is about 6 hours!
