external catheter for women !!
Purewick...just google it...I wear all night. I have MS and can't stand or walk. The purewick, shaped like a banana, collects the urine so I don't sleep in it. Invented by an army general. St. Paul MN Regions Hospital uses it and there is a home model. The wicks are pretty pricey though.

For people with limited mobility, I think the biggest challenge is finding a solution that balances safety, comfort, and dignity. Traditional options can work, but having something simple that reduces the need for frequent trips or assistance can make daily routines much easier for both the person and the caregiver.
