Several people talk about toe and leg cramps which are usually caused by a Potassium deficiency, usually cause d by previous sugar consumption. I find that a 595 mg tablet of Potassium Glucate chewed or let dissolve handle the cramps within minutes. What a relief! But if you must have sweets take the potassium when you have the pie, cake, candy or cookies and don't have cramps at all, it may take two of them to keep it from happening. In rare cases Magnesium is also stripped from the body and a supplement of that also will handle the problem

I grew up in Colorado & moved back for awhile to be around my parents as they got older. My brother had diabetes, which he didn't take care of enough & needed a kidney transplant. In an unbelievable act of kindness his ex-wife donated to him & for a few years he was MUCH better but eventually things turned sour again & he had to start going back to dialysis and put back on the transplant list. With all of the variations of pot you can get in the state that I think is doing it best is still Colorado. While my brother wasn't going to be cured by the variations it did help him hold off nausea and the pain he was experiencing but unfortunately he passed away a couple of years ago. He quit going to dialysis to enjoy his last few days and passed much faster than I thought he would. A couple of weeks ago I turned 60 & it was federal agents with a moving truck! They loaded all of our belongings (wife & I) into a truck & emptied them out just over the state-line in Florida. (I knew Florida had tons of old people but never knew it was mandatory to move here when hitting 60). Florida finally passed the pot bill & quickly tied it up in court making it all but impossible to find a dispensary AND the $$ they are charging is crazy! Still as we speak the price is HIGH & insurance won't pay for it. I had also been wondering about the OTC oil & wondered if it was worth a try, thanks!

there many cannabanoids in the marijuana plant and they are very potent at certain stages of the plants life. however most of the cbd oil out on the market is extracted from the hemp plant and they are very mild. the marijuna plant contains 23 or more cannabanoids where as the hemp plant only about 6. to make a long story short the fda approves the sale of hemp oil but does not approve cbd oil extracted from the marijuana plant because the federal government classifies it as a schedule 1 drug and it is illegal. to conclude the cannabanoids in the marijuana plant has many medicanal uses for curing an treating several diseases and ailments. grow your own and reep the benefits.

The two manufacturers I work with have just as many cannabinoids and terpenes as the marijuana strains of cannabis. Meaning that even tho the marijuana plant has over 800 bio active components, and the hemp plant 600; both plants tend to produce CBD products that have a hand ful of cannabinoids and terpenes. All the CBD products at Green Alley are full spectrum and are from hemp and are even more beneficial that marijuana CBD in my experience.

I have had very good results with topical CBD salves or creams for arthritis pain in my low back, and for burning, searing nerve pain in the top of my foot. I saw a podiatrist re the foot pain and he suggested I continue the CBD cream as it had less side effects than the prescription med he was going to order. The pain in my foot is almost completely gone. The arthritis pain in my back is much better. I was a skeptic but now, I am a believer.

I used it for three years, don't know particularly what strength it was, just know that it was a 10 gram tube and it cost $220 a month. I took it to try and subdue seizures, after three years of nothing BUT the CBD oil, I had one the worst seizures that I have ever had in my life. I was totally out for over three days, part of my memory is now gone, I now have trouble remembering names and places, in other words, short term memory loss. I am concerned about where this is now headed. Epileptics chances of dying are ten times greater during a seizure. I think I'll just take my meds.

Yes I have tried it. So many things to watch for. THC you do not want in your CBD . Hemp CBD is good. I have tried a few different ones. Ones for anxiety and one for sleep but gave me "dark" dreams. I was told it could have been full spectrum which has THC in it. Go to a reputable nutrition store not on the internet. Some have worked and some have not. More of a trial and error.
