Burnbox Review
I finished my first 3-day BurnBox fast last week and honestly the biggest surprise wasn't the weight loss. It was realizing how much of my eating was habit rather than actual hunger.
The first day was definitely the hardest. Around my usual lunch and dinner times I kept catching myself walking into the kitchen without even thinking about it. Having the electrolytes and the other supplements gave me something to reach for when those cravings hit, which made the whole process feel a lot more manageable.
By day two, the constant food thoughts had mostly settled down. My energy was better than I expected and I was still able to work normally. I actually felt more focused than usual, which I wasn't expecting at all.
I ended up a few pounds lighter by the end, but what stuck with me more was how different my appetite felt afterward. For the next week I wasn't constantly looking for snacks, and I found it easier to stop eating when I was full.
Is it something you absolutely need to fast? Probably not. But as someone who had never done a 72-hour fast before, having everything laid out step-by-step made it much less intimidating. For me it felt more like a reset for my eating habits than a quick weight-loss gimmick.
