Question for the Men...

Men, what is your regimen to keep off the extra pounds?  I have a friend who claims he was able to get down to his high school weight by adding hot peppers into his daily green juices.  -- Betty

Well, for me, I try to eat healthier and smaller portions. I have been exercising more and trying to be more active.

Garbage in, garbage out. If you consume 4,000 calories a day but burn 3,000, Guess what ?

Eat cleaner, calories going in less than calories burned. Stay away from the sugar and sugary drinks. Stick to proteins and veggies water milk and limited juice. I've had great response to dieting this way. I allow a cheat day for some gluttony but you have to maintain control. Stay active also.

Everyone says that avoiding sodas and bread is a good way to start loosing pounds. I think it works but, you know, it's pretty difficult :-P

At the request of my family Physician, I started drinking Red Tea for autoimmune and blood glucose issues, and found that it has AMAZING weight loss properties and cleansing as well! I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks, and my skin is glowing and my hair is really shiny! Apparently it suppresses the appetite and prohibits the formation of fat cells! I LOVE stumbling upon medical cures like this...they don't come by very often!

Robbie Hartzell hi Robbie, the interesting thing here is that losing weight must be a very natural process, in order to not lose the skin's tightness. Have you noticed something related to? Keep going!

I just watch what I eat and how I feel.  Use a lot of will power.
