High Cholesterol.

Please guide any one how to control High Cholesterol quickly.?

    .....daily have a bowl of oats in ur breakfast.... nd few walnuts.... 

    do some workouts for about 15minutes at least 5 times a week nd..... consume foods which are rich in omega 3...like salmon fish... etc.... 

    replace ur vegetable oil with olive oil... it will help u a lot... nd most importantly... if u smoke.... thn quit smoking..... coz... cigarettes increase the level of bad cholesterol nd makes it hard for ur heart to pump up the blood.
