    That all depends on your level of Incontinence but if you are looking for a Night Brief I use the Better Dry at night and the Seni Quatros or Seni Supers during the Day.

      Frederick F The senis which are wonderful briefs are silent to apply and check and can be applied standing.  I wear them at night and typically soil them too.  They also lack pressure points and are nice to move around in bed.
