hospital bed

Hi

I need some help or advice getting a bed for my brother.

It needs to fit in his room where his current bed is.

His bed is now an  *extended twin* auto-adjustable bed. It is 82" in length and that's what the new bed needs to be. MAX.

So far all hospital beds I find are 80" long (extended TW) The new hospital bed can't have headboards for footboards. Does this exist??

OR is there a hospital bed that in NOT extended twin, so if it is a regular 75" then it can have head+footboards.

Needs to be coverable by insurance/medicaid.

any help or advice on where to look would be great.
