Innerflo Review

I signed up for InnerFlo mostly out of curiosity after seeing one of their ads. I'm usually skeptical of anything that claims to help with stress, sleep, or focus through audio, so I went in with pretty low expectations.

The first few sessions didn't feel life-changing, but after about a week of using it before bed, I noticed I was falling asleep faster and waking up less during the night. What surprised me most was how relaxed I felt afterward. Not drowsy, just quieter mentally. The constant mental chatter seemed to settle down for a while.

I've also been using some of the focus sessions during work. I can't say it magically boosts productivity, but it does help me stay on task longer without reaching for my phone every few minutes. The effects are subtle, which honestly makes it feel more legitimate to me.

I think people expecting a dramatic transformation after one session will probably be disappointed. For me, the value has come from using it consistently. Looking back after a few weeks, my sleep is better, I feel less stressed, and I seem to recover from busy days a little faster.

It's definitely not a miracle app, but it's one of the few wellness apps I've tried where I actually stuck with it beyond the free trial.
