Diaper Fit and Confidence
The best way to find a good fit for a diaper is by making sure you have the right size. Usually most adult diapers go by waist size and weight. It is kind of critical to make sure they fit well around your legs too for fewer leaks. The better fitting diaper you can get the better confidence you will have.

Note I did have a chance to try the Small MegaMax from Northshore and found it a much better fit for a smaller waist. Being a 34" myself, it is much more snug where it needs to be and seems to prevent leaks better.

Every underwear I try leaks urine onto the leg openings. It then goes on my clothing. What am I doing wrong? I have severe incontinence so I wear a pad with the underwear.

I shave my diaper area every few days. It's too hard to wipe me up with hairy bottom.

That bum bunchiness seen in the Chris Challe photo 2 really effects me, too, no matter the brand I've tried. And after sitting on that bunchiness for a time, it feels like I am sitting on rocks. People manage to design anatomically perfect underpants, why not do it for diapers, too?
