Carpal Tunnel
What is the best brace to use for carpal tunnel? As far as getting the support needed, yet still achieving a good range of motion? And maybe even with an added bonus of being not too bulky...does anyone have any input?

Have you tried physical therapy. I was getting pain in my arm and shoulder which I attributed to iPad use since I just use the right thumb constantly. I did the exercises once a day but I am pain free after a few months. I try to do the exercises once a day when I have the 5 minutes to relax and do them.
