My daughter, who is 32 takes it to prevent seizures. She only takes 8mg per day. Her seizures are completely under control but less severe. We can't raise the dose because it causes elevated liver enzymes. I would ask your health care provider if you could have a liver panel blood test before and after trying it for a week or so, if all is well you could possibly titrate the amount up.

Vivian Bailey that truly depends on the case. Ingestion, yes. If a person inhaled it it would be more damage to lungs and much less severe to kidneys or liver. There is no truly 100% safe way to intake CBD into your body

In reference to CBD, ONLY Marijuana CBD is truly effective and safe. The DOH, and USDA both stated this year that these hemp CBD products have been running illegally for over 5 years, 6 now with ZERO backing or evidence of any such good case/bad case scenario. They just started producing hemp CBD and making false claims.

CBD from the hemp plant has many studies and many case studies. If you bother to read PubMed, you will find something called the Endocannabinoid System, which regulates pain and the nervous system. What feeds the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) - CBD and Omega 3s, not THC. CBD is the master molecule that feeds the ECS. If you ingest CBD, it makes our ECS start pooling our THC-like molecule that we produce in the body - THAT’s why we don’t need THC in our CBD. Every once in a while we need to add THC to CBD hemp, maybe 1% of the time, at best.

Dude, take your anger somewhere else. PubMed is the repository of all clinical articles, for pharmaceuticals, homeopathy and more. Read for yourself: feed the Endocannabinoid System with CBD (only) and it will make more our own THC-like molecule called Anandamide ( it will also produce the CBD like molecule, too ) Hence when you take CBD from the hemp plant the body will start to produce its own THC like molecule. CBD from Non hemp plants, that is CBD with THC my 93 year old mother swears by for her pain. She uses a rub on or topical ointment.

Never tried CBD just by its self. But, I was diagnosed in 2016 with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and my state finally got Medical Marijuana for people like me.
I since been using MJ for my fatigue, pain and spatiscity and to help me sleep the THC helps me sleep and with pain and I noticed by getting MJ with a higher concentrate of CBD it is a lot more effective.
I think you should consider either MJ with CBD or CBD from MJ with low THC in it witch ever you choose I think you can benefit greatly. Just make sure if you go with just CBD it works better when they extract it from actual MJ hope I have Helped. :)

It personally has never helped my pain. Only very high THC products, like RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) help my pain and it does get you stoned. I've only ever taken it before bed, but you're supposed to take very small doses morning and midday, with a larger dose before bed. It works more as a prophylactic, so the idea is to keep a steady level. I guess you have to learn to get your dose correct and give yourself a couple of weeks for your body to get used to it. For muscle and joint pain 1:1 THC/CBD Balm used along with THC/CBD tincture helps. All of these items must be purchased at a dispensary. I wouldn't trust CBD products not purchased from a dispensary and CBD will make you test positive for marijuana.

I HAVE TRIED BOTH CBD oik 300 mg by simple life -very effective in back,hip,arm shoulder pain effects lasted about 12 hrs with just one dropful under the tongue.
also have taken the cbd capsules 300 mg to be very effective on same above pain and the effect lasted for 14 hrs with just one capsule
I also tried the CBD Cream by green passage 250 mg extra strength it was rubbed on back it gave relief only for about 2 hours
will reuse the capsule because it taste better than the oil.
husband tried both oil and capsule same doseage as above for a severe ppain level from a very large skin graft surgical wounds and found it effective but stated it did cause nightmares or bad dreams

Unless it's from a marijuana plant, you won't notice a difference. Hemp does literally nothing whatsoever for you neither in CBD form nor in the minute percentage of THC in it. Hemp CBD is literally 100% fake, is just a scam, and the FDA and all other agencies have nothing whatsoever to do with it, nor is it approved by any either. Hemp CBD doesn't relieve pain, nor does Hemp THC get you high. That's not how hemp works, sorry. Unless you go to a local recreational marijuana shop to get your CBD, you are literally being robbed. Anyone arguing this is a liar, has no clue what they are talking about, and should do more research then just hearing it from a friend or something they found on a random Google page.
