Do you accept APO/FPO orders?
APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Betty Mills will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support in regards to the additional freight that may be applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Betty Mills is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations. APO orders can take up to 3 weeks for processing depending on the purchase. Please contact our Customer Service department to find out exact shipping times. Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:

1.     Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. 5.     Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly.

6.     Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine that is linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others.

7.     Additional functions – we provide users the option to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.

Homeless Shelter Enrollment & Terms


Since 2010 Betty Mills has shipped over $2.3 Million of free food to our customers via our loyalty program. We've recently expanded this program to enable our customers to donate their food loyalty points to enrolled homeless shelters.

Frequently Asked Questions.

 

Q: When did the program start?

A: Shelter enrollment began December 2019 and donations were initiated during the month of February 2020.

 

Q: How many shelters / foodbanks are currently enrolled in the program?

A: As of this writing there are 220 enrolled entities.

 

Q: How do donations work?

A: Donations are essentially a voluntary transfer of food points sent by our customers, into the accounts of our enrolled entities. Once a donation is made to your account, an email notification will be sent to the email address you included with your profile. You may then login to your Betty Mills account and add food or beverage items to your shopping cart and use the donated points as currency at the checkout. There are more than 8,000 food and beverage selections to choose from.

 

Q: When can we expect to see donations?

A: Over 1,100 individual donations have been received by our our shelters in just the first few months totaling nearly $20,000. In the weeks and months ahead donations will continue to scale as more of our customers are introduced to the new donation feature.

 

Q: Can our entity use our donated points in exchange for anything other than food or beverages?

A: At this time only food and beverages are able to be exchanged for points. That may change in the future.

 

Q: Can our shelter earn additional points if we purchase our regular supplies from Betty Mills, such as toiletry, bedding, first aid, food, office, medical or sanitary supplies?

A: Yes.  Any purchase made by your entity entitles you to earn additional points just as other Betty Mills customers earn points.  Just be sure to login to your account first.

 

Q: We are donor funded. Can our internal donor network transfer their earned points to our entity when they purchase necessary shelter supplies on our behalf?

A: Yes.  Simply remind them to transfer their points to your entity once they are received.

A: No. All shipments must either ship directly to the physical shelter location OR shelter headquarters or the shelter's administrative offices.  

Program enrollment is at the discretion of Betty Mills and may be terminated at any time without notice.  Termination of enrollment is subject to forfeiture of any and all earned / donated points. Order Policy

At Betty Mills, your orders always arrive FAST and secure.  Orders placed Mon - Fri before 2 PM EST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-5 business days or less. 

Special Orders:
Special order items typically take longer to receive than items stocked at our warehouse locations, as they are often shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Delivery may take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases. Please ask your sales consultant for more details. Due to the nature of these products any cancellation must be received within 24 hours and no returns are permitted.

APO/FPO:
APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Betty Mills will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support in regards to the additional freight that may be applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Betty Mills is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exceptions to this are products from our outdoors category. Cancellation for outdoor product s must either be called in directly or we must receive notification in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid any additional shipping cost.

Your Betty Mills order may ship from one or more warehouse locations, thus it's possible your entire order may not all arrive together or on the same day.

Return an Item

In the event there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email or toll free at 800-238-8964, and let us know in detail of any dissatisfaction you have with your order or experience shopping with Betty Mills.

If you need to return an item for a refund:

With the exception of non-returnable items, all unopened products purchased at Betty Mills may be returned within 30 days from original purchase date. Return shipping expenses are paid for by the customer.

Return Authorization

You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number from Betty Mills. Shipping the item back without an RA number from Betty Mills may delay your refund. To obtain an RA number, simply fill out the Return Authorization Form.

We will provide you with the ship-to address for your return. Returning an item(s) without receiving the ship-to address information from Betty Mills may delay your refund.

Preparing Your Return Shipment
Please ship the item that you are returning in its original box, but most importantly only write the RA number on the return shipping label or on a separate sheet of paper affixed to the box. Writing the RA number directly onto the box generally is not a good practice and typically leads to delays in processing times.

Shipping Suggestions to Expedite Your Credit
We highly recommend that you ship the item back using UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure that it does not become lost and that it reaches its destination. Once the item reaches the warehouse your credit will be issued.

In general, it takes approximately 10 business days for the warehouse to receive the item you have shipped to them and to see a refund on your credit card statement. It is Betty Mills' policy to issue the refund to the same credit card with which the order was placed.

In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents. Items not in their original condition are not returnable.


Non-Returnable Items:

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

Returns are not accepted for the following items: opened and/or assembled furniture, special order items, opened or used medical items or devices which can no longer be sent back to the manufacturer, custom or made to order products (including custom air & HVAC filters), dated calendars, planners, and planner refills, floor machines, food, snacks (including snack rewards), beverage and any perishable items, medicines, first aid items, vending machines, sheds, outdoor structures & outdoor structure accessories.  

In addition:

First aid items, including first aid kits, first aid refills and other related first aid products are not returnable.

Workwear, Uniforms, Industrial Garments may not be returned once embroidered or if altered.  If non-embroidered above stated return policy will apply.

Betty Mills ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Please see our Order Policy for order procedures shipping to APO/FPO locations. Generally, we do not ship to international locations. AK, HI or PR customers please call for a freight quote.   

Note: We are sorry but we cannot accept orders to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

The Betty Mills Company uses 3 delivery methods. Parcel carrier such as UPS, DHL or Federal Express, Over-sized Parcel Carrier and Freight Carrier. Third party accounts are not permitted.

Due to product weight, size, shape, or safety standards, some items are not shippable by parcel carrier, and require safe delivery via common over-sized parcel carrier or freight carrier. In such instances, it may be necessary to include a weight based freight charge due to the additional cost to deliver the product(s). Shipping charge will be reflected in the cart when viewed.

For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. For any special request such as in home delivery or set up the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.

Include the most relevant phone number to contact when the order is placed. Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed appointments or re-delivery.

Contact Betty Mills directly for any special delivery instructions. Alternatively, the consumer is responsible to provide a signed special instruction note for the driver in a conspicuous location at the delivery location.

Medical Device Repair Services

In the event you require factory-certified service & repair for an Oxygen Concentrator, Liquid Oxygen dispensing units, C-PAP, BI-PAP, or other related items, you may also contact a third party repair center.

Step one is to first receive a return merchandise authorization from the repair center by calling their toll free support line, then simply ship your device directly to the center for speedy and highly qualified repair services.  

Pick up and drop-off services may also be available if you are located within the repair center's regional vicinity, however most 3rd party repair centers provide service to most locations in the U.S. via traditional end-to-end shipping services to your door, such as United Parcel Service or Fedex.

Generally the turnaround time to receive back your repaired unit is in one week from the date of receipt by the service center, however you should check with the service center directly for an estimated turnaround time to repair prior to shipping your unit.

Please note, for both regulatory and public safety purposes, all orders containing a medical prescription device are first reviewed by a licensed Betty Mills representative or staff pharmacist.  Orders containing medical prescription devices maintain a tentative status until such review is complete and the order is released. Snack Rewards™ Refer-A-Friend is designed for bona fide Betty Mills customers, to refer co-workers and friends to enjoy the Snack Rewards service provided by Betty Mills. Users of the Betty Mills Refer-a- Friend system are entitled to use the system for genuine purpose of inviting co-workers and friends to enjoy Snack Rewards and in the process earn additional Snack Rewards for their friends, co-workers and for themselves. In order to participate in Snack Rewards Refer-A-Friend, you must have placed at least one prior order for actual business use and be a bona fide customer in good standing.

Referral awards are provided for qualified referrals at the absolute discretion of Betty Mills and may be denied, rescinded or cancelled if any activity is detected which is intended to abuse, misuse, mislead, or game the referral system. In the event such inauthentic activity is detected, Betty Mills reserves the right to recover any paid or pending rewards and any consequential damages as a result, including financial, reputational or incidental damages. Referral rewards are provided only for referring new customers to Betty Mills.

How Long Do My Snack Rewards Points Last?

Snack Rewards was designed to reward active repeat customers of Betty Mills. 

If your account is inactive for 6 months (defined as having had no new purchase activity), the credits are forfeited and you lose them forever. The program was designed to reward active repeat customers of Betty Mills. 

Additionally, you must make at least one (1) Snack Rewards during any 24 month period or your rewards will be forfeited and you will lose them forever. 

Please use your Snack Rewards before you reach a period of 6 consecutive months of purchase inactivity and make sure to redeem a least once within a 24 month period to keep your points active.

 

How To Redeem Snack Rewards

Betty Mills Snack Rewards™ - PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Program Terms & Conditions

The BettyMills Company Inc ("The Company" or "BettyMills") SnackRewards™ or Snack Rewards™ Program ("The Program") is designed to reward qualifying BettyMills customers who purchase items at www.BettyMills.com by crediting points that can be used to offset the cost of qualifying food related items for sale on the BettyMills website. Eligible Participants will receive Rewards based on a percentage of their Qualifying Spend or through other promotional offers and will have an opportunity to redeem Rewards in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligible Participants

An "Eligible Participant" means a BettyMills user who meets the following criteria:

Is a registered member of www.BettyMills.com with an BettyMills account in good standing (no hold or suspension) and is a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older with a U.S. registration address tied to his/her BettyMills account;

Is logged into their BettyMills account at the time of purchase;

Has met certain purchase criteria which qualifies the customer to be either invited, enrolled or activated ("enrolled") in the program. Criteria to enable enrollment is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company and may change from time to time as prescribed by the Company. Not all BettyMills customers may be enrolled to participate in the program and those enrolled may be cancelled at any time.

Customers who have special or contractual pricing or volume discounts may not be eligible to earn rewards or may have a lower reward percentage, if any.  Reward percentages may be modified on a customer by customer basis at any time with or without notice.

Has accepted these Terms and Conditions and has not elected to opt out of the program via the opt-out link to the BettyMills SnackRewards™ page in the customer's user profile or by calling in to BettyMills at 800-238-8964 and requesting to be opted out;

Understands that the Company reserves the right to test certain aspects of the program, and as such may denote certain classes of customers with differing enrollment parameters. In theory, although unlikely, no two customers may have the same enrollment parameters including the amount of the actual reward amount per order or per customer.

Note: Customers using our International Checkout feature are not eligible for Snack Reward Points.

Qualifying Snack Items

Qualifying snack items are edible food, snack and beverage items selected by BettyMills on the BettyMills website. Items not for sale on the website do not qualify under any circumstances, as well backordered food items do not qualify. The item must be for sale on the day and time of the redemption. BettyMills reserves the right to remove any item at any time from the program, even if an item had been mistakenly categorized as a qualifying food item in error.

Qualifying Spend

"Qualifying Spend" means payment made for items purchased by Eligible Participants that meet the following criteria:

They were purchased directly at BettyMills following activation in the BettyMills SnackRewards™ program and include purchases made only on the BettyMills.com website and not the Aliexpress website or websites of other partners or affiliates.

Paid for using a valid credit card, wire transfer, pre-approved net terms and any other form of traditional payment method accepted by BettyMills, however in the event that the items are purchased on net terms, the rewards are not eligible to be redeemed until the order is paid in full. Any rewards granted to terms customers prior to payment in full would be at the sole discretion of BettyMills.

Excludes sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, partial refunds, free items, items that fail to comply with applicable BettyMills Terms and conditions, past purchases, and non-shipped, undeliverable or returned items; and

For returned or otherwise refunded items, BettyMills will reduce an Eligible Participant's Rewards balance by the amount originally awarded based on the purchase of that item, and in the event that this reduction results in the participants total food rewards balance to become negative, BettyMills, at its sole discretion, may decrease the refund/credit amount up to the amount of the negative balance.

Pending Rewards

Snack Rewards which are received enter a status of pending for 7 days following any purchase and therefore will not be visible in the Eligible Participants BettyMills account until the pending period transpires and the Snack Reward activates to a status of redeemable. At such point the Eligible participant is free to redeem the Snack Rewards.

Earn Period, Earn Expiration Date and forfeiture

"Earn Period" means the period of time whereby the customer is active, meaning that the customer must have made a purchase within the prior 6 months to be eligible to redeem the rewards.

ALL REWARD POINT BALANCES ARE FORFEITED FOLLOWING A CUSTOMER PERIOD OF PURCHASE INACTIVITY LASTING 6 MONTHS OR LONGER.  ADDITIONALLY, 100% OF CUSTOMER SNACK REWARDS BALANCES ARE FORFEITED IF CUSTOMER HAS NOT MADE A SINGLE REDEMPTION OF THEIR REWARDS BALANCE DURING ANY 24 MONTH PERIOD.  BETTY MILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROGRAM AT ANYTIME WITH NO ADVANCE WARNING AND ALL CUSTOMER POINTS BALANCES WILL BE FORFEIT IN SUCH EVENT.

Snack Reward Promotional Points

Betty Mills from time to time may apply certain limited time promotional points to your Snack Rewards account. These can be applied for a variety of reasons or purposes, including special offers. Generally, the promotional period will be stated in the notes section of your account history and such points shall expire following the stated duration, however Betty Mills reserves the right to remove the promotional points at any time for any reason, even if they are removed prior to the duration of the stated promotional period.

Expiration Date

The Expiration date of the SnackRewards™ is defined as the specific date in time when your BettyMills account has 6 months of purchase inactivity.

ALL REWARD POINT BALANCES ARE FORFEITED FOLLOWING A CUSTOMER PERIOD OF PURCHASE INACTIVITY LASTING 6 MONTHS OR LONGER.  ADDITIONALLY, 100% OF CUSTOMER SNACK REWARDS BALANCES ARE FORFEITED IF CUSTOMER HAS NOT MADE A SINGLE REDEMPTION OF THEIR REWARDS BALANCE DURING ANY 24 MONTH PERIOD. BETTY MILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROGRAM AT ANYTIME WITH NO ADVANCE WARNING AND ALL CUSTOMER POINTS BALANCES WILL BE FORFEIT IN SUCH EVENT.

Qualifying SnackRewards™

"Rewards" means a U.S. dollar amount which will be given in the form of a product credit specifically to be applied towards eligible food snacks offered on the BettyMills website. Such eligible items may change status from eligible to non-eligible without advance notice, or the item may become unavailable on the BettyMills website altogether. As a rule, non-edible items are not eligible, such as cups, straws and utensils.

Reward amount will be comprised of the base earn which is calculated as a percentage of qualifying spend plus any limited-time promotional offer(s) that BettyMills, in its sole discretion, may offer to Eligible Participants;

The percentage of qualifying spend is a percentage or fraction of a percentage of total product purchase (minus sales tax, shipping charges, discounts, partial refunds, free items, items that fail to comply with applicable BettyMills Terms and conditions, past purchases, and non-shipped, undeliverable or returned items).

THE PERCENTAGE OF QUALIFYING SPEND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITH OUR WITHOUT NOTICE AND MAY CHANGE AS, OR MORE FREQUENTLY THAN DAILY, HOURLY, PER ORDER, OR PER CUSTOMER, AS WELL AS BEING SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT REGULAR ONGOING INTERVALS OR MODULATION WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. DUE TO CONFIDENTIALITY MATTERS, THE PERCENT OF QUALIFYING SPEND VALUE IS NOT PUBLIC INFORMATION NOR IS BETTYMILLS OBLIGATED TO DISCLOSE THIS VALUE OR HOW IT IS DETERMINED.

An Eligible Participant can earn up to a maximum of $1,000 in Snack Rewards™ for each transaction, regardless of the number of items or the dollar amounts purchased in a transaction. BettyMills has the option to waive this cap at its sole discretion.

Over the course of any Earn Period, total Rewards are capped at $5,000 in Rewards for each Eligible Participant (regardless of the number of BettyMills accounts used by such Eligible Participant). This means that at no time can an Eligible Participants total rewards value exceed $5,000. BettyMills has the option to waive this cap at its sole discretion.

Rewards will be tied to the BettyMills account of the Eligible Participant and Rewards cannot be combined across accounts.

Unused Rewards

Rewards are considered unused and forfeit following a period of customer activity of 6 months or greater. On the 6 month anniversary from the date of the last purchase by the customer, if there has been no account activity, the Rewards are forfeited and unredeemable. In the event that Rewards have not been removed from your account following a period of 6 months of customer inactivity, it is understood that those Rewards are still forfeit and BettyMills reserves the right to remove such points at any time with or without notice to the customer.

Additionally, 100% Of Customer Snack Rewards Balances Are Forfeited If Customer Has Not Made A Single Redemption Of Their Rewards Balance During Any 24 Month Period.

BettyMills reserves the right to hold back or otherwise suspend Rewards after purchase in its sole discretion to investigate compliance with BettyMills's policies so Rewards may not post for Qualifying Spend during BettyMills's investigation and will post if BettyMills clears the transaction.

Reward Redemption

An Eligible Participant may redeem Rewards in accordance with the following requirements:

Awarded SnackRewards™ will be applied against eligible snack items which are placed in your BettyMills shopping cart. You must elect to redeem them at the time of checkout to effectuate the cash redemption from your total.

SnackRewards™ shall be forfeited if not redeemed before the expiration date, which is defined by your account having 6 months of purchase inactivity. Additionally 100% Of Customer Snack Rewards Balances Are Forfeited If Customer Has Not Made A Single Redemption Of Their Rewards Balance During Any 24 Month Period;

Rewards are not transferable and have no face value;

Rewards cannot be used retroactively for prior purchases;

Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash but BettyMills reserves the right to give Rewards in the form of cash at its sole discretion;

Unredeemed Rewards are forfeited if the Eligible Participant opts out of the Program, if the Eligible Participant's BettyMills account is terminated or suspended, or if BettyMills terminates the Program or the Eligible Participant's participation in this Program;

If an Eligible Participant is credited with BettyMills SnackRewards™ and the item(s) which generated the Reward are refunded or returned, BettyMills will charge back to the Eligible Participant the Reward amount provided. In the event of a negative Rewards balance, BettyMills, at its sole discretion, may decrease the refund/credit amount up to the amount of the negative balance.

Shipping costs to deliver the SnackRewards items are always paid for by the customer and not paid for by BettyMills. This shipping cost will be indicated on your shopping cart during the checkout process.

SnackRewards are not returnable to BettyMill under any circumstances, unless for an exact product replacement in the event the item was defective, of which determination shall be at the sole discretion of BettyMills.

To Opt-Out of the BettyMills SnackRewards™ Program

To opt out of this Program, once you are logged into your account, please go to your profile page and follow the link "Un-enroll from SnackRewards". By opting out, you forfeit all accumulated Rewards. You may also call BettyMills at 800-238-8964 and ask to be removed from the program.

Modification and Termination

BettyMills reserves the right to modify or terminate this Program at any time by posting amended Terms or a termination notice on the BettyMills SnackRewards™ section within the BettyMills website or by sending email notice to the email addresses tied to Eligible Participants' BettyMills account(s). At any point in which BettyMills elects to terminate the program, any and all points accrued on behalf of the program in customer accounts will expire as unused points immediately, and are not eligible to  for reimbursement in any way, shape of form. Except where stated otherwise, all amended Terms will be effective immediately after they are posted and/or emailed to you. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to opt out of the Program. BettyMills may also terminate an Eligible Participant's participation in the Program by sending the termination notice to the email address tied to the Eligible Participant's BettyMills account. Without limiting the foregoing, BettyMills may suspend an Eligible Participant's participation in the Program indefinitely to investigate potential violations of BettyMills policies without prior notice to the Eligible Participant.

Restrictions:

The Program is void where prohibited and subject to U.S. laws.

Limitation of Liability

BETTYMILLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING FROM THE PROGRAM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. RECIPIENTS OF THE PROGRAM AGREE THAT BETTYMILLS HAVE NOT MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PROGRAM. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BETTYMILLS DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO WWW.BETTYMILLS.COM AND BETTYMILLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO. THESE TERMS GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. IT IS AT ALL TIMES UNDERSTOOD BY CUSTOMER THAT BETTY MILLS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COMMUNICATION AS IT RELATES TO SNACK REWARDS POINT VALUES WHICH WERE DISTRIBUTED IN ERROR, CONTAIN FAULTY OR ERRONEOUS DATA, OR CONTAIN INFORMATION WHICH BETTY MILLS WOULD NOT HAVE ORDINARILY DISTRIBUTED UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES.

BettyMills is NOT responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Program related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected items; or for transactions and/or emails that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with the Program, or process any transaction thereon. If in BettyMills's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Program, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Program, BettyMills reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual connected therewith, to modify or suspend the Program, or to terminate the Program. In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this Program, the decision of BettyMills shall be final. BettyMills reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke any Program at any time due to reasonable business consideration or circumstances beyond its control. Any attempt by an Eligible Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, BettyMills reserves the right to revoke any Rewards and seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempts by an individual to access any web site associated with the Program via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated devices or programs to redeem the Program is prohibited.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and the Program will be interpreted, construed and enforced, and governed in all aspects in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the state of California. Any cause of action arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in a court in San Mateo County, CA.

Q: Do I need to enroll in the Snack Rewards program to participate?

No enrollment is necessary. Your purchases at Betty Mills automatically begin awarding you snack credits redeemable on future orders placed with Betty Mills.  If you haven't made a purchase yet you can signup now and get an instant $15 of Snack Rewards!

Q: Where can I find how many Snack Reward Credits I have and where do I actually redeem them?

You can view the Snack Reward credits you have by looking at the upper right corner of most Betty Mills web pages. These reward credits are also displayed in your Betty Mills shopping cart. You can also visit our snack rewards redemption center .  You can also view your Snack Rewards by logging in and viewing your Snack Rewards history page found here.

Q: What is the difference between pending and redeemable Snack Rewards?

New purchases you make automatically go into a pending status for up to 7 days. After 7 days they are moved to an awarded status which means they are available for redemption.

Q: When was the Snack Rewards program officially launched at Betty Mills and will I receive credits for past purchases before that official date?

The program officially went live on August 1, 2010. Anything you purchase from that day forward will begin to accrue rewards so long as your account is in good standing and the program remains in effect. Unfortunately, rewards are not retroactive on past purchases from prior to the official launch date.

Q: What do I do with all the free snacks I receive?

That's totally up to you. Most people put the snacks in the company break room for everyone to enjoy or you can accumulate credits for those big holiday office parties. You can also direct your free snacks to the charity of your choice. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, your company may already have certain guidelines as to how to manage rewards programs.

Q: How many Snacks do you have at Betty Mills?

Today we count a variety of over 4,000 snacks including over 1,500 all natural and organic choices. We also have gourmet foods from Omaha Steaks!

Q: Are beverages such as coffee, tea and creamers included?

Yes -- most definitely.

Q: How about cups, paper plates, and disposable utensils?

No, if you can't eat or drink it, it does not qualify. It must be an edible food or beverage.

Q: How do I know for sure if it qualifies as a free snack?

Generally, any edible snack or beverage on our website is eligible.  Medical beverages and supplements generally do not apply.

Q: Do the snack credits last forever?

No. If your account is inactive for 6 months (defined as having had no new purchase activity), the credits are forfeited and you lose them forever. The program was designed to reward active repeat customers of Betty Mills. Additionally, you must make at least one (1) Snack Rewards during any 24 month period or your rewards will be forfeited and you will lose them forever. Please use your Snack Rewards before you reach a period of 6 consecutive months of purchase inactivity and make sure to redeem a least once within a 24 month period to keep your points active.

Q: If I place my first order today, can I get my free snacks today?

Orders you place today will provide credits which you can redeem on your next future purchase at Betty Mills so long as your account is still active at that time and 7 days have passed since your last purchase.

Q: Is there a waiting period from the time I place my orders to the time when the credits are awarded?

Yes, at the moment of purchase, your rewards remain in a pending state until 7 days have passed, upon which time they become fully redeemable.

Q: How are my Snack Reward credits calculated?

Credits are based upon a percentage amount of your completed purchases and can vary from one period to the next or on an order by order basis. The actual percentage applied to calculate the rewards are subject to change over the life of the program and may vary on an order by order basis depending on the reward percentage put in effect by Betty Mills at the time of your order. Please read our program terms and conditions to understand more.

Do I earn credits for shipping, taxes or other payments I make to Betty Mills?

Q: No. Credits are earned NET of all non-product related fees, charges, coupons, promotional credits and/or taxes. In general, your credits are calculated using a base of the sum total of what you pay for actual products at Betty Mills, less any discounts we provided to you on that order.

Although Snack Rewards are free, who pays the shipping to get the snacks delivered to me?

Q: While the snacks rewards are free, the shipping costs are paid for by the customer (you). We make every attempt to keep our shipping fees as low as possible and charge you only for what we expect to be charged by our shippers such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express.
