I like this topic and enjoy reading everyone's comments. I have just had a total of about 6-8 tubes of blood taken between an Emergency Room visit in December, 2018 and a doctor's visit at a different hospital on 2/27/19. I am 65 and am feeling very weak. I will be eating chicken livers, beef livers and calves livers and lean red meat and turkey now daily for the rest of my life. I have always tended toward anemia but am tired of it!! I have just ordered 5 of BettyMills.com Geri-Care Liquid Iron (220mg ferrous sulfate per teaspoon). The 16 oz. bottle contains 96 teaspoons. I have also ordered 5 bottles of the $1.58 per bottle 325 mg tablets. Must go now as I have no energy. Love, Jan

I just want to add that I am taking over complete control of my medication sources and costs and paying for my own vitamins and medicines for the rest of my life. This will be the best way to maintain my health on my own and to ensure my iron levels are high enough to withstand 2 emergencies at the same time.
